Tasty Dining specializes in the &lt;span class="s1"&gt;food&lt;/span&gt; of Wuhan, a Chinese city that is roughly the size of Los Angeles located on the Yangtze River between Shanghai and Chongqin. Specialties of the house include bullfrog dry pot, &lt;em&gt;re gan mian&lt;/em&gt;, (or hot, dry noodles in sesame sauce), &lt;em&gt;shiu mai&lt;/em&gt; with mushrooms and sticky rice and the chewy pumpkin pancake.&lt;/p&gt;
